Where Arrowhead sits in The Ridges

Arrowhead is one of the smallest enclaves in The Ridges at 24 lots, and one of the few where golf frontage is the rule rather than the exception.

The published lot sizes for Arrowhead do not agree. One brokerage lists 0.42-0.67 acres; three others say the minimum is two thirds of an acre and the largest lots exceed an acre. Until a county check settles it, treat any single figure with caution. The homes here are among the largest in the village.
