Summerlin is one of the only places in Las Vegas where you can live minutes from two professional sports venues, both at Downtown Summerlin and walkable from shops and restaurants.

City National Arena

City National Arena, at 1550 South Pavilion Center Drive, is the official practice facility and headquarters of the Vegas Golden Knights, the city’s NHL team. The 146,000-square-foot arena opened in 2017 and features two NHL-regulation ice rinks used by the Golden Knights, UNLV, and the public. Residents can watch many Golden Knights practices for free, join learn-to-skate classes and youth and adult hockey leagues, enjoy public skating sessions, shop the team store, and grab a meal at MacKenzie River Pizza, Grill and Pub.

Las Vegas Ballpark

Las Vegas Ballpark, at 1650 South Pavilion Center Drive, is the home of the Las Vegas Aviators, the Triple-A affiliate of the Athletics in the Pacific Coast League. Opened in 2019, the state-of-the-art stadium seats about 8,200 with room for roughly 10,000 fans and features 22 luxury suites, club seating, party decks, a kids zone, and a center-field swimming pool with The Hangar bar alongside. Beyond baseball, it hosts concerts, festivals, fireworks nights, and community events throughout the year.
