Fairway Hills has two distinct plan lineups and most online sources confuse them. The 2007 phase offered six two story plans at 1,966-2,956 sq ft. The 2017 phase offered three plans: Oakmont and Pinehurst, both single story, and Monterey, two story, at 2,105, 2,500 and 3,274 sq ft with 3-4 bedrooms. The enclave has its own clubhouse, fitness center, media room, pool, three spas and a putting green, which is why its dues are the highest in The Ridges.
