Red Rock Country Club publishes its membership pricing openly, which is unusual for a private club in Las Vegas and useful if you are weighing a purchase inside the gates. Below is the 2026 schedule exactly as the club lists it, along with what each category actually buys you and what it does not.
The single most important thing to understand first: joining the club is optional. Membership is separate from owning a home and separate from the homeowners association. Plenty of residents inside the gates never join.

Red Rock Country Club Membership Costs for 2026
| Membership category | One-time initiation | Monthly dues |
|---|---|---|
| Full Golf | $65,000 | $1,225 |
| Executive Golf | $50,000 | $835 |
| Junior Golf | $40,000 | $825 |
| Sports | $10,000 | $460 |
| Tennis and Pickleball | $4,000 | $315 |
| Social | $1,500 | $245 |
Every category carries a $175 monthly food minimum in addition to dues. Initiation fees are one-time, non-equity, non-refundable and non-transferable.
What Each Membership Actually Gets You
Full Golf is the only category with no green fees. Members book tee times 14 days ahead on both the private Mountain course and the public Arroyo course, and get the full run of the Sports Clubhouse, fitness centre, group classes, nine tennis courts, four pickleball courts, the pools, the Red Rock Spa and Tot Stop childcare, plus the member restaurants and all club social events.
Executive Golf saves you $15,000 up front and $390 a month, and the trade is real. The member still pays a green fee each round and books the Mountain course only five days out rather than fourteen. On a busy Saturday that difference decides whether you play. If you golf most weekends, the Full Golf dues usually work out cheaper than Executive plus green fees.
Junior Golf carries full golf privileges at a lower entry point for younger members, and converts to Full Golf dues once the member turns 40. Worth asking about directly if you are under that threshold, because the $25,000 difference in initiation is the largest saving available anywhere on this list.
Sports at $10,000 and $460 a month is the value option for families who care more about the fitness centre, courts, pools and spa than about golf. It includes no golf access at all. For a household that plays twice a year and swims twice a week, it is the honest choice.
Tennis and Pickleball covers the nine tennis courts and four pickleball courts with seven-day advance booking, plus spa and restaurant access. Social is dining and events only, and at $1,500 to join it is the cheapest way to use the clubhouse without paying for facilities you will not touch.
What the Membership Fee Does Not Cover
Three costs sit outside the numbers above, and buyers regularly miss them.
The first is the food minimum. At $175 a month across every category, that is $2,100 a year whether you eat at the club or not. Budget it as a fixed cost, not as discretionary spending.
The second is the homeowners association, which is a completely separate organisation billing separately. Every owner inside the gates pays it regardless of club membership. Our guide to Red Rock Country Club HOA fees covers what it runs and what it includes.
The third is that the initiation fee is non-equity. You are buying access rather than a share of the club, and you cannot sell the membership on when you move. It does not come back to you at closing.
Is Membership Worth It for a Buyer?
It depends entirely on how you will use it, and we would rather you ran the arithmetic than took anyone’s word for it. A Full Golf member pays $65,000 once and then $16,800 a year in dues and food minimum combined. If you play 80 rounds a year, that is a sensible number for unlimited access to two Arnold Palmer courses. If you play 12, it is not, and Sports or Social membership with occasional green fees at the public Arroyo course will serve you better.
What we tell clients looking at homes inside the gates is this: buy the house on the house. The club is a separate decision you can make later, and it is reversible in a way the purchase is not.
Red Rock Country Club Membership FAQs
How much does it cost to join Red Rock Country Club?
As of 2026 the club publishes six categories. Full Golf is $65,000 to join with monthly dues of $1,225. Executive Golf is $50,000 and $835. Junior Golf is $40,000 and $825. Sports is $10,000 and $460. Tennis and Pickleball is $4,000 and $315. Social is $1,500 and $245. Every category also carries a $175 monthly food minimum on top of dues.
Do you have to join the club to buy a home in Red Rock Country Club?
No. Club membership is separate from home ownership and from the homeowners association. You can buy inside the gates, pay only your HOA dues, and never join the club, or join later if you change your mind.
Is the initiation fee refundable?
No. The club states that initiation fees are a one-time, non-equity, non-refundable and non-transferable payment. You are buying access, not a stake in the club, and you cannot sell the membership on when you leave.
What is the food minimum?
Every membership category carries a $175 monthly food minimum in addition to dues. If you do not spend it in the clubhouse restaurants that month, you are still billed for it, so treat it as part of your fixed monthly cost rather than optional spending.
What is the difference between Full Golf and Executive Golf?
Full Golf pays no green fees and books tee times 14 days out on both the private Mountain course and the public Arroyo course. Executive Golf costs less to join and less each month, but the member still pays a green fee and books the Mountain course only 5 days out.
Are HOA dues included in membership?
No. The homeowners association and the country club are separate organisations that bill separately. HOA dues run roughly $290 to $300 a month and are owed by every homeowner inside the gates whether or not they belong to the club.
