The three courses
Palm Valley is the longest and most challenging of the trio at par 72 and about 6,849 yards, with gently rolling, tree lined fairways, bent grass greens, and 68 bunkers. Highland Falls plays par 72 at about 6,512 yards and is known for elevation and long views out over the valley. Eagle Crest is an 18 hole executive course at par 60, popular with locals for quicker, friendlier rounds that still test your short game. Together they give residents and visitors real variety without ever leaving the community.
Access and play
All three courses are public and operated as Golf Summerlin, so anyone can book a tee time, though Sun City Summerlin residents enjoy preferred rates. Each course has its own pro shop, and the complex includes driving ranges, putting greens, instruction from PGA professionals, and clubhouse dining.
